If you would like our help, please send us an email note that includes all of the following:

1. Your resume as an attachment. Our preference is that you send it in Microsoft Word. We can work with FrameMaker, but some hiring managers (engineers and HR types) can't. Please don't send us only an ASCII, Acrobat, or HTML file.
2. Your mailing list preference (staff, contract, or both), so that you can receive instant notification of future Bay Area technical publications opportunities.
3. Your professional references (at least two) whose contact info you've recently verified. We won't check them without your permission, but it proves you're serious and makes things move faster when the time comes.
4. Your preference for the kinds of work for which you would like to be considered.

If you can't attach a file to your email, you can upload your resume directly to our anonymous FTP site, ftp.synergistech.com in the ftp/incoming directory, then send us email telling us that you have done so.

If you don't have access to FTP, and your mail tool does not support file attachments, you can save your resume in either Rich Text Format (RTF) or Maker Interchange Format (MIF) and paste the latter — weird codes and all — in to an email note.

As a last resort, send your resume to our snail mail address.

We won't be able to get you into our database as fast, but we'll still do our best to respond promptly and let you know how or if we can help.
