Last summer I bought a beautiful 1917 Victorian located in Vallejo's St. Vincent's Hill Historic District, close to the Baylink Ferry, downtown, the Farmer's Market, and Hwys 29, 37, 80, and 780. The house has amazing views south and west to Mare Island, San Francisco Bay, and Mt Tam.

The latter (just FYI) are pet-friendly, one block (three minutes' walk) from the Lemon Street/Curtola Parkway (Hwy 80 - Hwy 780 interchange) Park & Ride lot — so you can leave your car at home and share the commute — and have substantial front and (fully fenced) back yards. What I need from you...
I rent to quiet, responsible, securely employed adults. I'm very comfortable accommodating most pets (with a $250 pet deposit), but you'll need to 'keep it reasonable' for the size of rental you're occupying — no Great Danes in a one-bedroom suite. Also, I check your rental, credit, and professional references carefully; please don't apply if that worries you. I don't permit BBQs, firepits, smoking indoors (or outside upwind of open doors or windows), illegal drugs, or irresponsible drinking / loud parties. I respect you and your space, and demand that you do the same. All leases are month-to-month. Finally, your rent is due on the first (non-holiday) weekday of the month. Just a friendly warning: I charge late fees.
